Schools in the city have each become a separate district and are largely independent. The Public Student Council serves as the board of directors to manage and administer the schools as a whole. However, since the mysterious disappearance of the Public Student Council president, the group's ability to manage and lead the schools has been lost and halted. In the absence of the Student Council president, countless problems have begun to arise in all of Kyuutos. To prevent problems, the Public Student Council requests help from the Coalition Inspection Association, also known as Shale. In fact, Shale is the newest association in the city and the last association to be approved before the president's disappearance. To perform this task, Shale relies on the guidance of a Sense, who can help them solve the incidents surrounding Kyuutos. Students are required to carry their personal weapons and smartphones with them.
